  • Are you insured?

    Yes, Top Notch Towing is fully insured and all staff have VIC Police clearance.

  • Can I cancel a tow after I book it?

    Yes, you can cancel a tow unless we have already dispatched the tow truck. Once we have dispatched a truck unfortunately the job cannot be cancelled.

  • Can I organise a towing job over the phone?

    Yes, most of our bookings are done over the phone. Just call 0488 500 800 and one of our operators will take your job and organise a collection/delivery time with you and then dispatch a truck as agreed. 

  • Can you move cars without number plates?

    Yes, as the vehicle is on a truck it may be moved without plates or registration.

  • Can you send me a bill?

    No, unless you are an existing credit account holder payment must be made at time of booking or on pick up or delivery of your vehicle. We will not drop off vehicles without payment but will bring them back to the holding yard and you will need to pay for a second tow.

  • How can I pay?

    We prefer credit cards which can be done over the phone. We can accept cash but do not accept cheques.

  • How long have you been in business?

    With over 12 years of experience within the automotive industry, Top Notch Towing prides itself on providing quality towing services at affordable prices.

  • What are your trading hours?

    Top Notch operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will tow you anytime day or night and our 24 hour call-centre is on hand at all times to handle your enquiries.

  • What happens if damage is done to my vehicle while it's in your care?

    Top Notch Towing is fully insured for damages. For any claim to be recognised you must advise the office within 24 hours of the tow. We will investigate immediately and if found that we are responsible in any way we will make good. Having said that, all our drivers are experienced and reliable, treating your vehicle like it's one of our own. Every care is taken to ensure no damage is done to your vehicle while it's being transported.
